Recently we shared the top hiring and recruiting strategies. This week in our podcast, we’re elaborating on those strategies. Brian’s experience running a large staffing company in Maryland that placed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists led him to these tried and true best practices when it comes to hiring new staff.
So many practices start the recruiting and hiring process off on the wrong foot and it spirals from there. Give this week’s podcast a listen for more best practices on hiring and recruiting strategies.
Keep your mind set and actions in line with your purpose for going into Private practice and be vocal about this purpose. People want to be a part of a group that cares about the well-being of it’s people and those within the community.
People do business with those whom they know, like, and trust. Be honest and transparent from the very beginning. You will be more likely to find individuals who complement your practice instead of just filling an empty seat.
Be comfortable recruiting outside of your zipcode. When recruiting for your clinical needs, run ads in other cities when clinicians are highly saturated and/or underpaid.
