Founder & CEO, MEG Business Management
Brian Gallagher, PT is the founder and CEO of MEG Business Management, LLC. He has more than 27 years of experience in outpatient Physical Therapy and the clinic he owned and managed won practice of the year in 2011.
MEG Business Management was founded out of the need to provide PT’s with the knowledge and training required to succeed in private practice that they simply didn’t get in PT School. As a licensed business management consultant, Brian has helped hundreds of business owners nationwide improve their business operations through proper restructuring to achieve improved systems of efficiency and productivity as well as marketing and sales with effective public relations which have proven results for double-digit growth year-over-year with businesses around the country.
Being a good therapist isn’t enough when it comes to running a successful private practice. You need to be a great leader and executive in practice first and a good PT second if your dream practice is going to become a reality.
