Brian Gallagher, PT

In 1997, Brian founded what became one of Maryland’s largest therapy staffing companies, while at the same time launching a multi-site private practice which resulted in a sale in 2006. Brian re-acquired the practice in 2008, thus doubling it, before winning “Practice of the Year” in 2011. MEG Business Management began in 2006 as an educational coaching company training owners and their key employees on innovative practice management strategies. Today, MEG has taken another major leap forward by developing a Virtual Training platform that gives practice owners the tools and training necessary to enhance operations, lead successful teams, track and manage staff performance, and hold in compliance with every employee in the company. Brian is the host of the acclaimed industry podcast: “Physical Therapy Private Practice: Secrets of the Top 10%” He can also be found on the speaking circuit at the APTA, PPS and CSM Annual Conferences, as well as APTA State Chapters and DPT Schools across the country. Brian believes strongly in giving back to the profession of physical therapy and does so by supporting the APTA through lecturing, writing articles, and performing webinars.
Nicole Walczak, PT

Nicole graduated in 2002 from Concordia University Wisconsin with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She worked the majority of her career as a Clinical Director in various outpatient orthopedic clinics throughout the Midwest. Nicole joined the MEG team in 2016 and currently is a Coach and Chief Development Officer of the MEG Academy Virtual Training Program. She works in research & development to constantly seek ways to improve and strengthen the MEG Academy training platform. In addition to producing the monthly Zoomcasts, she speaks at various APTA State Chapter conferences and will be joining Brian in speaking at CSM in 2022.
Alika Antone, DPT
Owner, Lead Therapist at A2 Physical Therapy
Alika received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in 2005 after graduating with a BS in Exercise Science. He is a Titleist Certified Golf Fitness Instructor and was voted Best Physical Therapist in the South Sound by South Sound Magazine in 2012. In 2016, Alika embraced the opportunity to expand his reach and community by opening his own Physical Therapy practice, A2 Physical Therapy.
