Brian graduated from Daemen College, with his BS in Physical Therapy, 1992. By 1997, Brian founded Gateway Health Services, an employee staffing company that grew to be one of the largest staffing companies in the state of Maryland with more than 46 staffing contracts. Gateway’s success was largely derived from its vast diversification of professional service across several healthcare markets.
In 1999 Brian founded Cypress Creek Therapy. Under Brian’s leadership, CCT grew to provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Aquatic Therapy to children and adults with a large referral base of medical professionals. Awarded Anne Arundel County’s most family friendly business for multiple years in a row as seen on the cover of the “Chesapeake Family” magazine and also won National Practice of the Year in 2011 by Advance Magazine.
After working for several years with the second largest consulting firm in the United States for Physical Therapy private practices, Brian quickly became known for his customized approach to handling the owners unique environmental and patient compliance issues, together with efficiency, and structural changes that need to be made on site.
Today, MEG Business serves as a consulting, training and outsourced services firm serving over 50 clients per month with outsourced billing, marketing and practice management. Brian also publishes a weekly podcast “The Secrets of the Top 10%” and has presented on private physical therapy practice management at various APTA Conferences at the national and state levels.
